OpenOcean has been very busy in May, not only have we delivered several new exciting friendships and integrations, but we’ve launched two unique community campaigns to reward loyal users, there’s plenty to sink your teeth into!
May has turned out to be just as busy as April! From the Avalance summit in Barcelona to partner events in S.E Asia, OpenOcean has all sides of the globe this month and the news definitely isn’t showing signs of stopping anytime soon.
Major highlights of the month
- In May we took the opportunity to ship our LimitOrder+ system! We still use the same great gas-free advanced swap and order fulfillment mechanisms, but this time in a much easier to use and advanced package akin to using a cex-like environment. - OpenOcean goes continental! OpenOcean team members attended the multi-day Avalanche summit held at the Poble Espanyol in Barcelona, Spain. There were plenty of projects to talk too, old friends to meet and new potential partnerships to make- plus loads of exciting talks and networking to be had, made all the easier with plenty of free Gelato :)
- In our pursuit of always providing the absolutely best possible pathing for swaps and price quoting on the market, we were quick in our addition of supporting Trader Joe’s brand new efficient v2.1 pools on Arbitrum, Avalanche and BNB chain bring capital efficiency to even more users.

- We launched a brand new campaign on Arbitrum called the ‘Road to Rich Pepe’ on Galxe! It’s a brand new fun adventure on Arbitrum to experience OpenOcean’s unique limit orders and get a little something extra too!
- We took part in and launched the ‘Pandora’s World’ event on everyone’s new favourite ZK rollup zkSync Era. By teaming up with QuestN, we were able to help inform, introduce and educate new users to learn about OpenOcean and experience our easy-to-use and seamless trading experience. - OpenOcean launches support for Ontology’s new Layer-2 EVM network, Goshen and indexes liquidity from market partners iZumi finance.
- BNB stableswap guru’s and hairy animal friends at Wombat Finance have had their deep liquidity pools on Arbitrum integrated into the OpenOcean platform to provide been integrated into the OpenOcean platform to provide CEX-beating swaps.
